This position will oversee the BCC Foundation's Development dept.'s data management system and help staff utilize the fundraising system in support of department-wide functions and goals. Must have ability to develop & implement new database systems and improve existing ones. Should have good understanding of cultivation and stewardship programs in order to assist development staff and gift officers in support of their fundraising efforts. Requires advanced ability in MS Office, demonstrated ability to generate reports in Raiser's Edge and Crystal Reports, design complex queries, and import & export data. High degree of precision necessary; must be organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing several projects simultaneously. Solid interpersonal communication skills to easily work with senior management, BCC Foundation board members, major donors, and corporate and community leaders.

$4,000 REFERRAL BONUS-TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS The Software Engineer, Technical Team Lead, or Solution Architect will be responsible for translating client requirements into technical alternatives and solutions. He/She will also manage and execute the technical tasks within the software development methodology for our client engagements. Additional Skills: • Minimum of 3 years technical development or team lead experience with a professional services or internal IT organization required • Must possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work as a team player in a high pressure environment. • Must understand and be able to apply enterprise-wide application of Microsoft products and tools. • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. • Some travel required
